2024 marks the 30 year Anniversary of the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, a tragedy that thrust domestic violence into the national spotlight.

Join local dignitaries and guest speakers for coffee, conversation, kittens & support for intimate partner violence.
When: Sunday, May 19, on what would have been Nicole Brown Simpson’s 65th birthday. She was murdered shortly after her 35th birthday.
Time: 10AM -1PM / FREE
Location: Fan Girl Cafe 8157 Santa Monica Blvd, WeHo 90046
Participate in the Silent Witness initiative, display of life size silhouettes symbolizing people killed by domestic violence. Crafts will be available to create a personal tribute and keepsake.
West Hollywood Mayor John Erickson will kick off the program with City proclamations recognizing participating organizations.
Jacquie Navratil, founder of LUXE PAW, will discuss the role pets play in DV homes.
The event will also include a screening of the music video “I Remember Nicole,” which was sponsored by the City of West Hollywood and WAB. There will also be some surprise guest appearances.
